5-part Lecture Series
Essential Teachings in Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology
with
William Emerson, PhD
In this five-part series, you will have the opportunity to learn from one of our preeminent prenatal and perinatal psychology pioneers, Dr. Emerson. This information is not routinely taught in conventional education around pregnancy and birth.
This knowledge is vitally important to all practitioners who work with pregnant mothers and new babies, and will provide them with tools to practice the art and science of prenatal and perinatal psychology according to the work of Dr. William Emerson.
Dr. Emerson donated these lectures as a fundraiser to APPPAH~ Thank you Dr. Emerson!

Dr. Emerson practiced psychotherapy for 35 years, specializing in psychotherapy and regression treatment for infants, children, and adults, and lectured domestically and internationally on these topics. He has held university appointments as Honorary Faculty, Director of Clinical Training, International Lecturer, and Assistant Professor of Psychology, and received an honorary fellowship from the National Institute of Mental Health in acknowledgment of his contributions to psychology. Along the way, Dr. Emerson has authored five books, co-authored Remembering Our Home, published numerous chapters and journal articles in our field, and wrote and produced four video programs.
